A. If the page "flickers" or "blinks" when you move through the menu then you are probably using an older version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, and it is having trouble processing the menu system.

Solution - Microsoft released Internet Explorer 7 in the middle of November 2006. You can download the new browser from microsoft here, or do a Windows Update by clicking on your Start menu, then All Programs, then Windows Update and follow the on screen directions. This will update your Windows operating system to all the most current settings. It is a good idea to do a Windows Update on a regular basis for security reasons anyway.
